Zero professionalism or courtesy

This is my first and last contact with Profilab24 I requested a quote for equipment that requires multiple accessories and instead of offering any advice on whether the catalogue numbers for the accessories were correct or if a client could have made an error while selecting from thousands of small items I received no guidance After two emails their response was rude stating that they ve wasted their time and effort with me because the purchase is not immediate yet it s clear that the purchase would proceed once the funding is received This is how academia works it s not new Sometimes I wonder how some people manage to keep their jobs I don t even want to imagine the after-sales service with Profilab24 No worries I won t take up any more of your time We will fully equip the new lab through another provider
