Misleading Stock Status and Poor Communication

I am extremely disappointed with my experience Despite the item being listed as in stock at the time of purchase I received no meaningful updates after the initial order confirmation I had to chase the company myself to get any information only to be told conflicting stories about the item being imported and held at customs Delivery promises kept changing and days turned into weeks with no sign of the product There was a complete lack of proactive communication and transparency throughout It s unacceptable to sell something as in stock when it s clearly not even in the country This experience felt careless and misleading I would not recommend this seller to anyone save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere
