Online order not delivered no communication
Online order not delivered I contacted customer service polite and helpful who said a new order would be placed for next day delivery When that didn t show either I went back to customer service again polite and helpful who apologised said the new delivery was delayed as one item was out of stock I asked to cancel the order for a full refund This was agreed in writing A few weeks later still no refund Then the delivery turned up with a neighbour I phoned Pro Green who did not seem surprised even though I had confirmation the order was cancelled and offered to arrange a return via courier very smooth Silence for another couple of weeks before I phoned customer service only to be told that whilst my refund was now being processed a 10 delivery fee would be deducted So I am left with no product hours of chasing and a 10 fee Customer service polite helpful always said they would make the case for a full refund but the amount credited to my account was still minus the delivery charge

I ordered what I thought was a genuine
I ordered what I thought was a genuine Cooper Pegler variable brass spray nozzle adapter Tried tested and failed miserably The authenticity is certainly questionable as Cooper pegler are known for good quality I wouldn t have bothered with a review if I had not of paid over 45 for what basically is a small threaded bit of plastic with a brass nut and bolt attached In order to adjust a fan width you twist the nozzle to widen or decrease the angle but in this case you can t On twisting the cap to adjust the fan the cap acts like a nut and continues to loosen and falls off Ive contacted pro green and im still yet to receive any follow up call

Really disappointing Paid extra for next day delivery No delivery 4 days later Called to chase up and they do not have it in stock Why take the payment including next day delivery if you do not have the product in stock Box blight has got significantly worse in the time i have been waiting for this product
