SCAM - DO NOT BUY

I ordered the mat bundle which includes the mat elastic bands and discs at a cost of 65 The parcel arrived My grandson opened it yesterday as I bought for his birthday There was only the mat and bands inside - no discs Tried to find the app on the App Store as directed but no app We ve all tried to find it but no luck My grandson is very disappointed and so am I I messaged the company they messaged me early this morning to say sorry for the confusion but the cones arrive separately My shipment tracking says all three items in the bundle was delivered But as I said only two items in packet A rolled up plastic bag that the discs wouldn t even fit in if they tried to put them in Have searched for their contact number without luck I again asked about the app as this was the main attraction with this particular mat no reply I am trying to find their customer services for returning this incomplete order and a full refund Date of experience 29 November 2024Ps I have tried to request a return as the order is incomplete and there is no app No answer from customer service plus on their web site once you press request return it stops it does not allow you to go further to return this order and get a refund Would never order again Shall be contacting my bank to get this sorted
