So today I suffered a snapped rear mech hanger on my 8yr old Cervelo R3 whilst starting out on my Sunday ride A quick call to Prologue who agreed to fix it immediately if I could get to the shop Chris Kirby could not have been more helpful and had me back out on the road in no time Thanks Prologue A 5 serviceps amazing coffee too
