I have been dealing with a lot of health issues for the past 20 years The prolon fasting was hard but deeply rewarding I really dont know why but it worked A lot of food intolerances fixed brain fog joint pain muscle pain energy and the most surprising my sleep was fixed Dont know why but it worked Two of my fasting days 2nd and 4th were really hard but on the third day it was like one of the best again its somewhat strange why this stuff works Plus i lost 4kg been struggling for years to loose my 40 year old belly fat The food is enough to keep you going but it s a challenge Definitely I will repeat it in 6 months Thank you Dr Longo and Prolon Rui
