Great Idea

Good course format System is easy to navigate Course material seems solid FB group membership is more than worth it Resources and extras are fantastic tools and you save money on them

I have yet to start the course for General Proofreading I m trying to start it today

You actually may be disappointed with me I haven t started the course yet I m trying to get started today I didn t remember my password and had to reset it When it was reset I was directed to Transcript course I ve started but haven t finished I ve now signed up for the General Proofreading course I need to ran that course Should I go to that and sign up with another password

So far so good It is great to have the review of what I should have remembered from English grammar I am happy that I discovered Proofread Anywhere I know it will really help me to expand my proofreading skills which I can pass on to clients

So far so good I have more lessons to cover but not because I m not looking forward to finishing Other interests and obligations have diverted my attention and interrupted my schedule I am still excited about my proofreading goals and now have my own copy of the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition

I m about halfway through the course and up to this point I m getting a lot out of it I m also enjoying it quite a bit I like that it covers more than just the how-to it delves into marketing and business aspects as well I look forward to finishing it and getting my business started

The course was thorough and opened my eyes again to the number of small errors we all make in our use of the English language It provided comprehensive study material with end of chapter tests and own timelines for completion A stringent final exam with high pass-mark requirement left a feeling of pride on completion

A great self-learning program

I love that this program is a work-at-your-own-pace type program When I purchased the program I had every intention of completing it in a reasonable time frame Reasonable is a relevant term as it is not the same for everyone and life can get in the way I was finally able to sit down refresh what I had already gone through and take the exam with the knowledge that I knew what I was doing I passed with only one error surprising even myself I have more confidence to go out and seek proofreading jobs and am grateful to Caitlin and her team for this program Well worth the price

Great courses with plenty of useful knowledge completed both General and Transcript Proofreading Hoping to turn that knowledge into shortly and confident that I ll be able to make that happen

I wanted to take a proofreading course to learn a professional s skills I also wanted to prove that I had what it took to pass such a course to give me the confidence to move forward in my proofreading career I also need help and guidance in setting up a freelance proofreading service I think Proofread Anywhere provided me with everything that I could have asked for The information and advice were extremely helpful clear and concise There was an excellent standard of difficulty throughout the practices that tested my skills and knowledge Passing the final exam is one of my greatest achievements I have benefitted greatly from taking this course

Preparing For My Proofreading Business

I would say that I m good in English but I m learning new stuff as I go through the course I m only halfway through and about to begin the technical portion it appears challenging because I m not well versed on the computer but I ll take the time to research practice and learn
