Edited post response As a fellow regulated professional who has been on the receiving end of this firm s very aggressive and unpleasant conduct I am now likely to report it to the Solicitor s Regulation Authority By way of just one example it is seeking to recover an alleged debt for its client that in my professional legal opinion is not due Despite raising this it has added 2 500 of charges on a service charge bill of less than 1 900 In addition its client has provided misleading and inaccurate information which is jeopardising a property sale Further an application by PDC Law to the court which was rejected referred wrongly to being provided on behalf of the Claimant It was not it was provided by PDC s solicitor on behalf of the Defendant It is my professional belief that the conduct of the solicitor I have been dealing with the one who submitted the incorrect application and witness statement and also therefore the firm as a whole is not in accordance with our code of conduct and professional rules including in respect of ethics Having made the managing partner aware several times and having sadly received no response it seems that they are fully aware of this conduct and condone it I do not consider this to be appropriate or reasonable behaviour for lawyers It is inviting further proceedings against its client including a residential property tribunal to determine the reasonableness of its charges which interestingly are also different from those published on its website In response to PDC s reply I have raised my concerns directly with the managing partner who is a solicitor I have not received a reply I think that demonstrates how seriously these issues are taken It also suggests this is in fact your business model

IGNORANT

Never responded to my complaint which I sent in June 24 just kept being told they could not find it and could I resend the email Just had my new management company invoice and they have added the 200 to my next bill even though they are aware PDC have not resolved my complaint Should not be allowed to keep trading

absolute robbers this kind of daylight robbery scare tactics should be illegal Decent law abiding citizens are being forced to pay thousands of pounds and slammed with CCJs RIDICULOUS

if i could give no stars i would - shambles of a company suprise suprise they managed to answer a review left on their google but still awaiting a response via email from themhave reported them and will pursuing had the joys of dealing with this company over last few years they lie do not action satisfied ccj and attempt to take funds from ytou even though their client has been paid how they are practising is beyond mein case you attempt to say you do not recognise reviewer im happy to provide all evidence and by the looks of your reviews its a common action of yours unprofessionalignore emails when suitmake false accusationsattempt to recover funds which are not dueand to top it off dont satisfy judgements with courts from over 5 years ago which was paid within 10 days back in 2019 -- wonder why the only assumption would be to obtain more funds to line your pockets

Worst Company Ever - No Responce No Respect

We owed ground rent because there has been a switch of ground rent collecting companies We have been paying on time until we couldn t receive bill via email and it was sent to an old address Long story short 6 months later I received a bill adding more than 600 to the original bill I owed which is 800 Worst of all they indicated no way of payment when you try urgently to settle the bill They don t pick up their phone or reply to emails as said in all the other comments I feel like I have been treated as a criminal to have to fill in a form and not even know what the next step will be What can I say Such a disgrace

Had a letter from these charlatans after having an outstanding 400 contested debt with HML - these thieves have added 600 in the space of three weeks during a time our daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer Can t be contacted phone number just rings out Worst company I ve ever had the misfortune to come across

BEWARE - ITS A SCAM SEND YOU A DEMAND FOR MONEY AND THEN DELIBERATELY IGNORE YOU WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE ALL THE WHILE ADDING THOUSANDS OF POUNDS OF SO CALLED FEES THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IGNORING YOU IN A NUT SHELL CURRENTLY SEEKING 4000 FROM ME FOR REQUESTING AN INVOICE FROM THEM 18 MONTHS AGO I HAVE NOW REQUESTED 7 TIMES - CLAIM NOT TO KNOW MY ADDRESS MY NUMBER MY EMAIL ETC - FOR A LAW FIRM THEY ARE TERRIBLE LIARS

No service at all

Well I m not surprised that they get 1 4 I ve spent 14 days e mailing and calling this business and never get through Absolute shambles They send people threatening letters and in my case breach data protection legislation but are clearly above actually communicating The reply on this site from the company suggested sending a note to customer services I did that and still nothing

It seems my review is the same as everyone else I returned all the paperwork necessarily and still am being told i have replied I have emailed as suggested twice and still no reply This really isnt good enough and I am very disappointed that you are not looking into this

Awful

A truly horrible company I had emailed across a query on the requested payment which shouldn t have been passed on to debt collectors and I had made the payment the residential managers made an error and didn t process it They didn t respond so I chased up a week later and then had an extremely rude and aggressive response with no answer to my initial query Terrible customer service
