Unprofessional and Inefficient
I contacted PDC nearly one month ago asking for confirmation that they had received my payment as it was over 3000 I have sent over half a dozen follow up emails and still no response They say their values and aim is to provide a Professional and Efficient service - I have never experienced this They know I suffer with high anxiety and I ve pleaded with them to respond in order to put my mind at rest but they simply ignore me

Utter nonsense and a Scam that is clearly linked
I do not any money for service charge as paying this directly to Notting Hill - out of the blue I get a letter that allegedly I owe a large sum of service charge for the entire year of 2024 when I pay monthly Despite not sending any notification until today PDC are charging me 432 00 instruction fee 175 00 admin fee land registry fee of 24 00 and a reminder fee of 40 00 from February I am completely unaware of Nice little earner when I do not even owe any money to RMG They should be dealing with NHHO and I shall be making complaints against PDC as well as RMG So if I was in arrears because of the cost of living crisis how could they justify adding almost 700 00 for a letter and a land registry fee that was not required

Immoral Debt Collectors
Debt collectors are always awful these are the bottom of the barrel having to chase them to get answers is insane disgusting practices and should be investigated They never provided invoices or proof of contact about original charges For future readers FCA allows a 75 charge for initial contact not the 25 they charge They are allowed to charge 7 5 if you don t respond you ll have to fight it but they are in the wrong And please do report them to the FCA for unlawful practice

Very poor
As per my last review I ve emailed about a dozen times You just keep copying the same reply to everyone and don t answer emails this is disgusting I am getting absolutely nowhere The lack of customer support is quite frankly worrying I m having the same reply again and again but my last 6 emails have been ignored Ref 662159

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT AND DON T RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS
We started receiving debt collections at our property 18 months ago from this company PDC have been given the wrong address by the company who instructed them The debt relates to a person and address unknown to us We have phoned several times every time we receive a letter They know this is a mistake and admit that when I finally get through to them they tell me their records have been updated and then we get another letter I ring again and they admit nothing has been done I was lied to every time I put in a formal complaint about 2 months ago which I have emailed to them repeatedly This has never been responded to I am very worried about this debt being recorded against my address mistakenly Terrible service

Avoid this company
Avoid this company I have ongoing complaint about the charges that have been added to a service charge that is on my property I have offered a repayment plan and also asked for grace whilst this complaint is investigated to see if a more amicable outcome can be reached However even with this in mind PDC Law have added more charges to the debt and referred to it to a third party The debt originates as around 300 it s now 4000 Honestly I can t believe this company hasn t been shut down complete criminals Do not use this company

What an absolute nightmare this company
What an absolute nightmare this company is Recently purchased a Redrow home which has RMG as the site Management They have done absolutely nothing and the public areas are still soil and the roads not even laid yet We Paid RMG In Full but a day late having not recived any invoice or reminder The following week we get a letter from PCD with additional costs for debt recovery The letter was dated after we had made payment We have been trying constantly to get in touch with PDC but nobody ever answers and emails go unresponded to we have left numerous voice mails for a call back but nothing Absolutely awful serive especially as we have paid the bill before ever hearing from PDC

Exactly the same experience as everyone
Exactly the same experience as everyone else Unlawful company acting on behalf of Landmark Collections Landmark took over the freehold and sent Ground Rent invoices to the apartments not email kept by previous company which we did not receive as we rent out the apartment A few months later they got our address details and instructed PDC who have requested the original rent 3108 plus 490 in charges They then sent an email to close the case but then reopened it and sent another email requesting the fine to be paid They are unethical and unprofessional Landmark Collections are even worse No way of contacting them by telephone Don t reply to emails Simply refer to PDC Unbelievable It s harassment

I receive the letter from them how should I progress to not get trapped into their games Please advise I am worried reading all the reviews that I will have similar experience as other people Didn t pay 100 and now they claim nearly 500
