I am from Cairo Heliopolis Couple of days ago I asked to see a video of an apartment on WhatsApp The video was not clear and I asked for more details no reply Today -Monday the 29 th of May 2023 -I sent the pics of 3 other apartments asking to see them The same agent - his name is Dr Adel Hanfy -told me immediately they were all sold I told him he doesn t seem ready to put an effort on answering my requests because I had asked him before for some details and I also told him I won t write again to him Instead of saying some nice words - at least to apologise for not replying to my first request - he briefly said in arabic Tareek el Salama In Egypt this is considered a sarcastic- if not rude - expression To wrap up wrong contact numbers slow replies improper conversations arrogance just look at his profile pic all to mean simply no professionalism I hope Property Finder board will consider this review and others

Very Unprofessional
What kind of company is it that advertises properties when they know they are no longer available They entice you in with a nice photo and price then when you click on it it says sorry no longer available This is simply unprofessional In many countries this would be a crime under the advertising authority

Beware of this Muhammad Ahsan of Property Finder a legit scammer in order for you to get an approval he will manipulate you and once he gets his commission he will never show up when there is a problem with the real estate company Never trust this waste of time effort and money If there is a negative score I will definitely give it

A total waste of time
All of the post in this application that i checked out are rented or no longer available some were taken few weeks and some are taken months ago Most of the agents are just using these posting in that way they can offer another unlisted flat Pictures posted are mixed up A total waste of time I spent time and money to look for these flats and all of them are rented already but still active in the website For those units that are not available they should have taken it down or put an indicator that its already rented

Made enquiries on Saturday morning Not any of the agents mentioned in your WhatsApp messages contacted me It s now Monday afternoon and still no calls You guys just kept sending me other properties to look at Not great unfortunately as most people want to view places over the weekend when we are free

Not sure how to rate below but property finder is terrible for house hunting Agents if this agents are unprofessional and unhelpful And as many already mentioned no reply whatsoever on requests At best scammers
