Put an offer on a property that took a long time to get a response Jake was so helpful on chasing and keeping me updated the initial offer was rejected and due to the length of time for response Jake sent me a personalised message to let me know rather than a standard response which was a lovely gesture that you don t see very often nowadays he made a stressful process less stressful thank you
