I have a pleasant experience in buying three studio units in Turkey I am motivated but being a foreigner entirely clueless on how to make it happen I made the right choice in working with them and Mr Hakan Onal made sure I can do all the process in ONE day of my visit succeeding days were Eid holidays As of the moment I got the title deed for all the properties and in the process of applying for Turkish citizenship - all through their help The team has been excellent in guiding me and understanding in terms of my opinions and plans All in all will definitely recommend to reach out to them and see that they are transparent and working for their clients best interests

I contacted Property Turkey in May 2022 in connection with investment in a property for getting citizenship of Turkey My experience with them has been fantastic to say the least From the time I started by browsing their very informative website raising a query being contacted by Shaheer Hassan who introduced PT walked me through my choices visiting Istanbul and being shown properties by Aleyna finalizing one of our choice documentation payment and until finally getting the Title Deed within a very short time due to the impending increase in investment amount their services were professional friendly and of high integrity I would like to make a special mention of Shaheer Hassan of PT who guided me in the right direction from day one until now with a high degree of professionalism He was available to answer my questions and solve my problems even for issues not pertaining to his area at any time of the day or night with a lot of patience sincerity But for him I don t think I could have closed the deal within the deadline Most importantly he never gave any false promises as a lot of sales people do and lived upto whatever he promised because of which he earned my complete trust something which is very rare in this industry and is a testimony to the good work ethics training in PT I would also like to put on record my appreciation of Ms Aleyna of PT who tirelessly drove us around the city showed us properties on a weekend gave us a lot of information and helped us to select the right property I would strongly recommend Property Turkey to anyone looking to buy a property in Turkey not only for the wide range of options they provide but also for the professionalism integrity they bring to the table

Absolutely amazing experience so far

Absolutely amazing experience so far dealing with PT Fethiye branch especially Yunus and Faruk They took me around to view several properties they took me to the site the next day for a second viewing Helped negotiated a price with property management team recommend a solicitor which I chose in the end Faruk helped me open a Turkish bank account go to the solicitor go to the notery all happened very quickly as I only had one day left in Fethiye and it would have been impossible without their help I was extremely worried about transferring such large amounts of money to a country where I didn t know the language the laws or anyone to help me Yunus kept in touch the whole time reassuring me whilst I was in London stressing and worrying This week on Tuesday the solicitor completed the transfer of the property onto my name The long standing dream has come true I will return to Fethiye shortly to pick up keys and documentation Faruk and Yunus are professionals they go over and beyond This process was impossible without them They ve made this dream come true They have promised to help me purchase white goods on my return to Fethiye which is simply outstanding I m not sure other estate agents go this far If I ve stressed and worried too much throughout this process I hope the guys forgive me I highly recommend Property-Turkey The best estate agency I ve come across

When time came for investing in Turkey choosing Property Turkey as an agent was easy Turkey was a relatively new destination for my family and we had to make a deep dive into the subject learn about regions of Turkey key cities their pros and cons and of course get a very good understanding on Istanbul Most of the work had to be done remotely And reviews by Property Turkey prepared by mr Cameron Allatin and their team came in very handy great attention to detail and their reasoning resonated well with my own views When I got a chance to meet Property Turkey s team in person I was impressed with their professionalism and work ethics mr Cameron is a hardworking person - first in the office in the early mornings and last one to leave office at night I m very grateful to the whole team and especially to Nargiz and Alex - their support 24x7 throughout the entire process was important Alex helped tremendously in preparation of our trip developing and prioritizing list of properties to check and always been online for every urgent matter that was popping up along the way Reviewing many properties in a short period of time is a tiring job - Nargiz took care of communication with developers defending our interests to get the best offer for us And when there was a delay in the payments due to my fault developer wanted to apply a fine Nargiz negotiated very hard with the developer and managed to drop the fine saved a lot of for us Overall I enjoyed my experience with Property Turkey I highly recommend the company if you want an agent who will work for you very hard to get a great outcome
