I highly recommend PropHero I used their services for my first investment property purchase and they ve been really great While at first I had a bit of difficulties because the property manager that was assigned to me wasn t a good fit they very quickly assigned someone else Marsha and things have been fantastic since then Marsha has been really good at helping me understand all the steps processes of buying a property there was a lot of unknown for me since it was my first home investment She always shared proactive updates and gave me regular calls to make sure I was OK with everything and ask if I had any questions concerns I needed answered The PropHero team also made it super easy to connect me with the right third parties such as a QLD-based solicitor and property manager with which they handled most comms so I basically just had to sit back and let them handle things for me In terms of the platform itself while the Mobile App and Website would benefit from some upgrading a bit slow and clunky at times overall I was quite happy with the technology I particularly liked the fact that their data-based offering means you can play with all the financials and see what makes the most sense to you so you can make an informed decision I d definitely use PropHero again if I buy another property in the future
