My first order with Props and Replicas went really well First I paid a 2 deposit for a pre-order and then the balance when the item came into stock It was packed REALLY well dare I say with love and care It was also a tricky figure to get hold of sold out most places so I was happy to get it at RRP I will use props and replicas again for sure

Can t praise this company highly enough - very friendly fast and patient customer service when I needed to change the address on my order a few times due to an unexpected house move They even offered to split my order and send the available items out seperately so I didn t have to wait for all of them to come into stock Their communication is absolutely amazing and always fast to reply my items arrived safely and in excellent condition thanks to the careful packaging but I have no doubt if there was a problem that it would be dealt with promptly Many thanks for such a wonderful customer experience I ll definitely be purchasing again
