I don t understand this company at all

This company does not respect the right to knowledge unless you are a have access to a major big city library or a major university If you are a student with an institution you basically get carte blanche for remote access If you aren t a student you use the big city libraries except for the Calgary public library for limited access to some newspapers and that s it This library is too cheap to get the vogue archives harpers bazaar archives the womenswear daily and other archives not available to Calgary libraries cpl I unfortunately have to use the university library for those on campus not from the comfort of my home computer There should be a subscription package like Netflix or some other service on a monthly basis Calgary public library had vogue archive access once in 2015 Since then cpl discontinued it There is issue with the PQ time limit on browsing subjects I get captcha so too many times or it times out
