Couldn t be happier well maybe if paid in gold

I have worked in the special education sector for over a decade across many boroughs companies and in a variety of roles I have never enjoyed my work life balance as much as I do now At the start of my teaching career I had no children I currently have four and have never had as much time at home as I do now Having a personal touch and feeling of care from your account manager makes a difference as opposed to just receiving a booking confirmation email termly Discussions on how you are doing and if you can take on more or need less hours makes you feel that your wellbeing is a main focus There are shared resources available online if you need inspiration or help with your planning as well as a dedicated teachers portal with useful information Essentially if you want a good company to work for with competitive pay and good support look no further

I ve just officially registered with Manchester North Prospero Teaching and have nothing but positive things to say about their service Emily was very kind and welcoming during the interview Also Sophie was amazing help during the registration process She always responds quickly to emails and always kept me up to date with the process

Emma has been amazing finding me

Emma has been amazing finding me placements and making sure everything is going well and that I m happy with the placements nothing is to much she s always at the end of the phone if I need anything Emma pointed me in the direction of the free courses that Prospero provide which I took advantage of very informative and well worth doing Can t fault the Prospero team always happy and helpful Thank you

A wonderful agency

I have been employed by prospero since May 2023 They have always been so quick and efficient with getting work that is suited to me Since I started I have worked closely with Conor who has gone above and beyond to secure medium term placements that have allowed me to gain so much experience in a range of school settings Conor has been my consultant for more than one year now and he has been very supportive and help me find school work that fitted around my daily commitments He always gives great feedback following any feedback he has been given from schools He s a 5 star professional always kind and helpful I have really enjoyed working with prospero over the past year Working with them has really helped me build my confidence up and enhance my people skills I look forward to working with prospero for a while

Very very good company to work with as a supply teacher particularly in Dorset I ve been working with Lee since January 2022 and have worked pretty much every day in some lovely schools Communication has been excellent Any queries have always been responded to very quickly I would most definitely recommend Prospero to any supply teacher in the south west who may be seeking work
