I recently purchased a super gaming PC and I couldn t be happier with my purchase The attention to detail and care taken in the build is evident from the moment you open the box Every component has been expertly assembled and the internal cable management is top-notch The system runs smoothly and is incredibly powerful allowing me to run the latest games at maximum settings with ease The customer service was also excellent with any questions I had being promptly answered I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line system The excellent customer service made it worth my time

All round great experience and sale Found ProTech PC online after searching for a new computer to game on There was a wide range to choose from and I found one that was on my budget and the specs of the computer was really good value for money I was able to see the computer working fully before the sale and any questions I had was asked There was no pressure and overall a great experience received

Best in the game

Best experience I ve had with a company this small they have been brilliant all the way through Received a PC that was built to my taste and they went above and beyond and accommodated unfortunately this was damaged in transit sent a picture to the team and they immediately apologised even though it wasn t their fault and offered me an entire replacement the next working day This machine has been nothing but great to me and they really are a good well run business

Great service

Due to my stupidity I did not notice that it clearly states that deposits are non-refundable please be aware However due to quickly deciding that I longer wanted the PC for financial reasons they were kind enough to offer a refund for my deposit which some businesses would not do Not only that they offered me great information regarding the compatibility of components Once I saved up I will definitely be buying my first PC in November with them

After many years on console I decided to finally do the switch and I m never looking back I bought a mid range PC and all I can say is wow For the price the build is amazing allowing me to play AAA titles and at a decent fps I couldn t recommend enough A very friendly transaction when collecting the pc and made it very easy going and stress free I will defo be back when it s upgrade time
