This is scam
This is scam A sales rep called me and told me that they where part of Domeneshop no and this is not true He also told me that it was mandatory within the EU to have their service which is also wrong The good reviews here are probably fake because this company litterally just take people s money without anything good in return Edit 1 My allegations are just based on the fact that your sales rep called me and told me that you were directly associated with domeneshop It s even posted on their website about your behavior that several customers fell victim to your fake sales rep 2 I m just a customer of domeneshop nothing else so my conflict of interest is none existent 3 Your sales rep told me on the telephone that this was mandatory within the EU I even told him that I didn t believe him that this was mandatory but he was very clear that this was needed Why would I even make this up 4 Your reviews could be genuine but they don t look genuine to me My review is 100 genuine based on the call I received from your sales rep That way of marketing and the tone you had on the phone trying to sell your product is disgusting I even get mail from you every week after specifically telling you that we don t want or need your product More bad reviews are probably coming from fed up customers Edit2 Got a mail today from their support that the invoice they sent us could not be cancelled because we accepted their offer by telephone This is just another proof of this scam because accourding to Norwegian law every phone sale should result in a written contract before any deal is done This company really needs to be shut down Don t ever sign av deal with this scam company

They call to inform you about new rules
Like the other reviewers I got a phonecall from some swedish guy almost introducing himself from one com They have been calling every day for last 2 weeks and when i finally took I thought it was an emergancy -call from One com to inform me that due to new rules in Norway they had to add a security thing After a while of not understanding what he was talking about he said he was gonna send me a mail so I could follow some steps and it felt like this was something that was mandatory due to new laws Little did I know that I was also gonna get an invoice on 4100 NOK We ll see how this goes but I am really not interessted in getting scammed by this bad company As I had no idea I was getting into a scam I have no means to pay the invoice If they call from 21 95 37 49 its really not worth picking up

Publishing once again my experiences
Some weeks ago I wrote a review calling Protectia s very aggressive persistent and misleading sales-strategy a scam For some reason Protectia managed to get my review removed Probably by claiming that I represent an ISP or competitor Which is not true my work is in a completely different sector So to repeat they called me as a one com customer naming this ISP many times giving the impression of representing them After some minutes of hardly comprehensive Swedish rapid-fire arguments about leaks and obligations I asked them to send me an e-mail That e-mail never arrived Instead they phoned me over and over again from different numbers I again asked them to send an e-mail to no avail When the last seller mumbled something about a steep price for this protection packet I hung up and blocked all the numbers Checked with one com my ISP they are warning their customers about Protectia with this text translated from Norwegian Some of our customers have been contacted by a company called Protectia often in Swedish who falsely claim to work with us They claim that there has been a data breach or leak and offer their services as a solution We would like to emphasise that one com has no relationship with Protectia Their claims are false
