Scam - Paid for a laptop screen protective cover and they cancel my order

Paid for a screen cover via their website and they deducted payment from my account Almost a week later I receive an email to say the order is cancelled and upon querying this I was informed that their bank claimed my payment was not safe Absolutely ludicrous as the payment was absolutely deducted from my account Very poor customer service to leave a customer hanging with no sign of this being resolved and no acceptance of fault or intention to resolve the issue they are sitting on my EUR84 99 payment what sort of business is this

I have bought several items from them on Ebay never been a problem before i needed there customer service and boy what a surprise i was in for i never meet such bunch of arrogant fools in my life and they had no desire whatsoever to find a solutions only think i can say stay away from them

Brotech protector never came with a fitting kit

I ordered the brotec screen protector 3 pack for galaxy s10 lite 2 problems no 1 the protector is too small and doesn t cover the screen enough I know that it says this in the description but it is just a few mm smaller than the led visible part which is really annoying No 2 the pack that I purchased never came with anything to help fit the protector not even alcohol wipes which made it very difficult to fit it correctly there s no mention of this in the description I tried to talk to the company but it s slow and I don t think that they get the problem

Do Not Support This Company The most awful service I ve ever experienced Took two attempts and 4 weeks to get my order My contact on email was the epitome of unhelpful and is now playing games with me Advertised as 2-4 days free shipping turned into 4 weeks and a underpaid postage cost After a promised refund of purchase and postage Jessica protectionfilms24 decided to refund a Quarter of total cost On reply she said she deemed it fair After at least 15 emails back and forth I now only have managed to regain purchase price and no postage The whole process has been outrageous tiring and unprofessional Don t waste your time or support such charlatans with your currency The company should be investigated

Abysmal service Avoid at all costs Purchased the same series protector for two different devices I ordered the broflex protectors for the OP 8 Pro and a Skagen Flaster 3 Smartwatch The ones for the OnePlus where absolutely dreadful Advertised as full screen coverage and doesn t even cover the flat surface properly Contacted for a resolution and told to send pictures which I did to receive my money back Then received another email and asking for measurements of there poor protector in mm I m a key worker working excessive hours and have no time for these games After more back and forth I was eventually offered a 30 discount or a full refund which they didn t offer to cover shipping so I just took the 30 and no 10 out of pocket Abysmal product and service Avoid

Low quality and NO customer service

They sell low quality products for a reasonable price but don t expect any customer service after you buy The cutouts are really bad and if you confront them with pictures of it they ignore you So I would stay far away from them and buy really cheap screenprotectors at AliExpress or really good ones at trusted resellers
