Customer service is horrible
Called twice to try to get help with my order they did not answer or call back I did leave a voice Mail both times I finally wrote an email and was basically dismissed The products are great but their customer service is terrible and does not actually help you

They censor reviews on their website Poor quality Customer service is terrible and dismissive AVOID
2 Separate issues Will detail them below But it dealing with them I learned that they are a horribly unethical company and provide no customer service - They censor any review on their website that isn t positive Easy to have all 5-star reviews if you block every review that isn t positive - Their customer service is attrocious They don t answer the phone ever They don t return phone calls They don t respond to emails with any sort of resolution and simply dismiss the customer Issues 1Bought an accessory for my rack Turns out they have 2 different tube sizes and the one they sent doesn t fit mine Went back to the website description to find that dimensions are listed but it does NOT say anything about there being 2 different sizes and that they only offer the product in one size I asked for them to pay for return shipping since I had already paid for inflated shipping on the outbound They told me I was just lucky they weren t charging me the 15 restocking fee for the return Cheeky AF response and demonstrates their position toward customers nickel and dime them charge premium prices ignore them when anything goes wrong never take responsibility for their own shortcomings Issue 2Bought a wall mount for bench press arms All of their products are ridulously bulky and heavy Went on a 4 week overseas trip Came home opened the package The thing is bent It s meant to hang flat on the wall but they clearly have no quality control in their manufacturing process Have tried calling multiple times left voicemails and corresponded with their support team by email Zero willingness to address the issue of the manufacturing defect and stubborn insistence on adhering to the 30-day return policy And sassy customer service responses to emails Can you please call me I ve left messages called repeatedly etc Response Sure but we re not budging on our 30-day return policy No call back Emailed and asked them to send me their a copy of their warranty policy Zero response Avoid this company at all costs Overpriced poor manufacturing quality with zero quality and no support when THEY screw up
