I recently used PSS international removal service and couldn t be happier with the exceptional service provided by the packing team consisting of Kiran Matt and Rob From start to finish they impressed us with their professionalism and dedication Each team member was polite pleasant and genuinely cared about our belongings which made a potentially stressful process feel effortless It was clear that they truly enjoy their work as they approached every task with a relaxed and positive attitude even when faced with complicated packing challenges What stood out most was their attentiveness to detail They handled each item with great care ensuring everything was packed to a high standard to withstand the journey ahead It s rare to find a team that combines both efficiency and meticulousness but Kiran Matt and Rob achieved just that Their attention to detail and respectful handling of our possessions made us feel confident and relieved Thanks to their excellent service we feel reassured our items will arrive safely I highly recommend this team for any removal needs especially for anyone looking for professionals who go above and beyond to provide outstanding service

Very happy customers
Kevin and Mark were excellent packers and project managers So organised super fast and efficient and both very helpful and all round great people Couldn t have been more comfortable with them managing our shipment Helen was a brilliant support and could troubleshoot with ease every single query or quandary I presented her with and was lovely and just genuinely helpful and fun to deal with Charlotte was very organised and helpful and incredibly responsive and organised While our goods only departed yesterday assuming it arrives ok we are extremely happy with the PSS service and fantastic team members who we have dealt with Thank you Claire and Jason

So happy with the service and especially with Chris and Dave Packing up my mums flat after her death was extremely traumatic Chris and Dave were professional caring and made me laugh PSS made the whole process easy From initial talks to the actual packing day I am sure the service will be as good when my precious items arrive in Oz Thank you to James John Chris Dave Milica and the team

No regrets at all using PSS REMOVALS - 100 amazing since day one
PSS REMOVALS have been amazing since I first contacted them for assistance Andy did a video call to give me a few options on what would suit my situation best He was super helpful friendly and really positive James Milica and Lauren have all been fantastic with any queries I ve had But the best part was the packing crew who showed up on time upbeat and super efficient Aaron Tom and Mark definitely played Tetris as kids 1h17 to fill our 20ft container They were so good and it made my day almost stress free 100 I have not felt any regret using PSS REMOVALS they are professional dedicated and were much better priced than others I tried Hopefully when it arrives in NZ it will all be just as good

Our whole experience with PSS from the support team in Croydon through to the home delivery of our cargo from the UAE was first class The removals team of Paul Trevor and George were very attentive and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them - great teamwork
