My order was lost
My order was lost - by UPS - I reported it to both psycho bunny and UPS - basically I spent 2 weeks contacting both UPS and Psych Bunny - with both companies saying it was my problem and there was nothing they could do about it Thank fully AMEX was more accommodating and I was able to stop payment - totally disgraceful behaviour by both companies

This company is going to fail I have a 100 giftcard and over 900 points on my account I live in canada I have ordered from them for years and the last year as been an absolute nighmare They no longer ship to canada wont transfer either to canada and will not help me at all Im infuriated with this experience and They are COMPLETELY unwilling to help DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND LOOK ELSE WHERE

Sent me used and stained goods Ordered some shorts on sale they told me they were out of stock and offered to give me another item I thought that was wonderful and a great deal -- but they sent me a used polo with a stain and deodorant marks When I reached out about exchanging it they accused me of staining and that there was no way they could have accidentally done it themselves I ve worked in clothing accidents happen I don t mind that but their accusations and attitude were insulting Instead of assisting me they sent me a how to for washing clothes Didn t even try it on I will not be buying from their website ever again

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEMi ordered 4x t-shirts on 21st Feb only 2 shipped and got lost never arriving at their shipping company they gave me the wrong shipping tracking number 3 times it took several emails for them to acknowledge the shipment had gone wrong and 6 weeks for them to do anything about it they have now shipped 1x t-shirt last week and the shipping tracking number doesn t work on this one either time to go to American Express and get my money back

This company is operating like one that is about to shut down There is no way to make contact with them via phone email etc They don t respond to messages they don t return calls and the automated system hangs up on your when customer service is called They will charge your credit card but will not send you merchandise I may file a police report as well like the other person here mentioned

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY my wife ordered 2 polos for Father s Day and they sent the wrong items My wife has been back and forth with emails trying to correct the problem with absolutely no answer They sent us a return label for items we never received LOL what a joke and absolutely no one seems to care Spend your money elsewhere

Psycho Bunny scammed me and service is nonexistent
Used to be an avid customer and champion for this brand spending a lot of money on their products I recently attempted to use a gift voucher from their company but kept getting declined Contacted customer service who basically informed me that since they changed systems they could no longer honor this voucher even though I have evidence of my correspondence with customer service when they issued this and it has only been 6 months I ended up losing over 300 And even though customer service recognizes this they won t do anything about it Buyer beware this company s service has completely disappeared over the past couple of years Avoid their scams

Zero performance
If there was an option of Zero stars I would give it On 22 03 24 order placed on 23 03 24 order allegedly given to the carrier On 14 04 24 I finally was offered a full refund as the carrier allegedly lost my parcel despite being provided with a tracking number I don t know what has happened to this company the last 18 months or so but whenever I order I never know if I will actually receive the products The irony is i used a discount code they gave me for previous order issues and they then lose my new order Shambolic company
