It has been a blessing
It has been a blessing to be able to find a program like this Thee tips that I have gotten I have ben able to implement and have been life changing I am working on changing ineffective behaviors and work on healthy boundaries It has been with the guidance of Dr Gregg and the group that has helped me go from not having successful dates to being able to date more but also more successfully I now focus on what s important to me and important in a relationship while realizing I do not have to settle to be happy I am not sure I would have been able to properly navigate these roads without the help of this group
