The sweet lady at the W Hurst location I think it is 1147 W Hurst Blvd location was perfect She was not having a very good day but she did not treat me like it was she was the greatest She took time to explain everything with a GREAT BIG SMILE and a very pleasant speaking voice She made my experience a simple and very enjoyable one Five stars and she needs a big raise

Very easy to execute lease agreement over phone and via text and email Rates are great I ve had other units in the area Love the app it makes access very easy and thoughtless on passwords and characters before or after password etc eliminates it all with a tap of a screen

Mayfield location amazing property manager

I ended up needing to rent a small unit for my daughter last minute on a Sunday The office closed at 5 00 p m and it was 20 minutes till 5 00 I spoke to the property manager Chyna I explained to her that I was coming from Euclid and would be arriving as close to 5 00 as I possibly could she offered to wait for me until I got there so that I could get the rental completed and taken care of Chyna was absolutely amazing with me She explained everything to me HQ put my entire name and incorrectly combining my first and last name as my last name and she was still able to find my reservation without even having the correct information She is a complete asset to the public storage company and I truly hope that they know what a gem they have working in their Mayfield office Thank you so much for your help Chyna You deserve a promotion and a raise Yours Truly Leeann Lemonovich
