PS has great customer service fair pricing and does pristine work I used them to format my manuscript After receiving a well-formatted manuscript I had to make several changes to the content that I had not caught before They took the back and forth in stride with a cheerful attitude-allowed for small changes free of charge and for many gave me a discounted charge I am very happy with how my book has turned out

For a first-time publisher this company was great to work with I had forgotten some links in my manuscript and they provided me a complimentary fix Although I wouldn t expect that again the customer service was really kind and thorough

Publishing Services gets 6 out of 5 stars from me Every person I have worked with has been very helpful and personable I believe we show our true nature during dissatisfaction and Karla as well as the other people I worked with not only reprocessed my reviews but exceeded my expectations without pushback or negativity Being good at what you do is beneficial but being able to maintain professionalism during critique and then deliver more than what is expected is why I give 6 out of 5 stars We are all artists trying to find our words and I will continue to use publishingservices com in the future Thank you

Great response time quality work excellent attention

I was quite pleased with the speed and quality of the items I ordered the Book Review and Book Description The Proofreading took a bit longer than I hoped but it was less than what they had told me at the outset That said the quality of the proofing and editing was top notch and I could quickly check all the edits and comments and move ahead I plan on using them for more items for first book and then following that up for my second book
