Last night I was in Publix at Post

Last night I was in Publix at Post Commons and as I entered the store they were out of wipes which are customarily kept by the door I was so impressed as Publix had two employees out physically wiping down the carts and directing customers to the ones that had been sanitized I have never seen this at any other Publix I hope the other stores follow their efforts as they should be commended going above and beyond for the safety of their customers

Great Deli Working Staff

I had a great experience at the deli section of the store thanks to Alkin a employer at the Cornerstone at Lake Mary He made good conversation while i waited for my food to be prepped and assembled and was very kind to everyone around me as well Even with all this chaotic stuff going on i felt well cared for thank you guys for hiring him

I just wanted to talk about 1 of the best run Publix stores in Atlanta Abernathy Square Shopping Center Publix at 6615 Roswell Rd Sandy Springs The first store to limit purchases of in demand items when the pandemic started This enabled more customers to get what they needed The employees are all conscientious and courteous Even though other stores are closer to my home I go there because I know it will be a good experience This is a very well run store

Today at the Publix at Shamrock Plaza I

Today at the Publix at Shamrock Plaza I bought groceries for 3 households on my one ticket and the checker Riya was able to pack all 3 orders separately and keep them straight The packer was also excellent did not get her name I brought a helper with me to shop and we had 2 buggies piled high I enjoy shopping at this store and seeing friendly faces and helpful people Anne O

I wish all other businesses would have the same customer service Ive noticed that every Publix stays consistent with all the product and the associates are pleasant no matter what time of the day you walk in to a Publix and they greet you with a smile and always willing to help it s clean and the product is in great condition I ve noticed they offer help in every department and they go out way for the customer It s all about customer service Thank you

Great experience

I love my Publix on Tiny Town Rd I went in to pick up a prescription and it was very expensive The pharmacist put a coupon in for me to get my script down 53 cheaper She went above and beyond I had at least four people ask me how I was and if I needed any help Great customer service Over and beyond
