What happened to the 10 day free trial

10 day free trial but they billed my credit card after four days I signed up on the 8th of Nov They debited my account on the 12th Plus all the stolen from me to call my bank wander around their website etc Responding Pub Nook When I signed up on November 8th I had forgotten I signed up in October On November 8th there was NO WARNING given that I did NOT qualify for the 10 day free trial NONE It is common business practice to tell consumers you do not qualify Also there was NO way to contact Pub Nook No contact option anywhere on their website I went over and over trying to find a way to contact them No luck So I had no option but to call my bank and report this And Pub Nook wasn t interested in helping me until I gave them a bad review Not very proactive Responding to Pub Nook again You wrote When users come back for a second subscription there is no offer of a free trial Oh there absolutely was an offer TWO OPTIONS YEARLY AT 17 99 A MONTH MONTHLY AT 27 99 START YOUR 10 DAY FREE TRIAL SO I DID YOU ABSOLUTELY DID OFFER IT And WHY DO YOU BURY CONTACT INFO IN TERMS OF SERVICE WHO WOULD THINK TO LOOK THERE I AM ONLINE ALL DAY AT WEBSITES I HAVE NEVER HEARD BURYING CONTACT INFO IN TERMS OF SERVICE THAYT S UNHEARD OF AND YOU DO IT BECAUSE YOU DON T WANT TO HEAR FROM US I WOULD REALLY RATHER YOU EMAIL ME AT THE ADDRESS YOU SENT EARLIER EMAILS TO Finally instead just issuing a refund Any company would you prefer escalating arguing proving you are right and I am wrong I m not wrong your website clearly stated Start your free 10 day trial
