A week ago my Pulseway account stopped accepting my login credentials I changed my password but for 2FA it would keep referring me to the Pulseway mobile app to get the code The app was doing the same thing When attempting to login it would also ask me to open the Pulseway mobile app to get the code I decided to call the company and it turned out there is no phone number for support I put in my request through web form I was able to get email support After spending days providing the support info for verification I was told that you are verfied and now we need to escalate it to level 2 Ask yourself this question If you are an MSP can you afford to be down for a week of not receiving RMM alerts They have no regards for their customers This company do not deserve 5 star review

My experience was mainly negative Overly PUSHY sales staff who wont take no for an answer despite written rejections The technical onboarding made attempts to rectify which I appreciate however the product did not satisfy A Cloud platform needs to be simple to get the basics I burned hours trying to reset passwords and login details The small amount of usage of the interface did not suit my needs and did not look or feel fluid for me to consider adopting for my MSP I explained this to onboarding team and despite giving clear direction that this was to be parked was met with push and insinuating correspondences No means no
