Drop seller based in China despite UK looking website Charges at least double what you would pay elsewhere Returns are a nightmare and price against quality is very wide Avoid and save a lot of cash and pain

Wouldn t give this company any stars if that was an option I never received my oder which was placed mid September I have emailed numerous times with no reply except for one They said to contact our local USPS to try to track it down Great customer service I want a refund but they won t give me one Is this company just scamming people

No response for a return refund request

I have reached out 3 times to the only customer service contact listed I have not had any response I received my package and opened the box the product was much too large and I put the item back in the box and emailed the company immediately afterward I have had to reach out two more times since there has been no response I feel like an idiot because I usually do more research on new companies I order from I work in customer service and understand the need to provide a prompt turnaround time when it comes to communicating after a customer reaches out

First time purchasing from this website and their products and customer service is amazing I bought the Zero Splash bowl and a tennis ball launcher and both works perfectly and arrived within a week which was amazing Will definitely be purchasing again from this company and recommend to others highly
