I have emailed several times and have not received an email back I did not put my apartment number on my mailing address and was trying to correct it before it shipped It s been 9 business days since ordering and haven t received item or shipping info

Mediocre customized product TERRIBLE customer service

Mediocre customized product - it is a decal sticker plastered over that is not aligned and bubbled over Shipping charges was 40 over what was stated on their website when contacted was asked to provide Coupon Code to which they responded with website error when shown their shipping FAQ on their own website Shipping refund was promised and said processed but had to communicate 3 more times afterwards for them to honor The return policy is fraudulent although they admitted We see that the problem is quite good - was told a refund will only be made once they received the return goods AT MY EXPENSE - ie I have to ship items insured all the way to China Instead they offered a 50 refund so I can basically feed the garbage to the Landfill In my 3rd attempt to have them honor shipping fees the tone suddenly changed from it s my staff fault to here is the proof of delivery At NO point did I say item was not received images of mediocre product was sent In the product review email anything less than 5 stars are filtered out by the company and will never be posted Truly a waste of consumer s time
