We have had a Pure Choice fitted water filter for ten years and appreciate their skilled fitters servicing engineers and support staff who remind us when servicing or salt are required Our recent replacement was fitted seamlessly and we are very happy with the new and improved softener The replacement was compared to other manufacturers to explain why it was the recommended product All in all fantastic service and a great company

I have been a Pure Choice customer since 1998 They have an excellent product and their engineers are efficient and friendly Their after-sales service is excellent Ashley who has been looking after our installation for many years called today and carried out a service on the new unit he installed twelve months ago This was competitively priced and is very efficient I have no hesitation in recommending this customer-friendly company

A good investment to make

The knowledge of the staff was excellent and they explained everything very well The location of the solution was very well tailored to our needs The installation was complex and excellently done Overall very pleased One of the reasons we decided on having a water softener was a friend said it was the best thing he d ever bought We live in the same hard water area and I d certainly agree with him

I have used Pure Choice before and found them efficient and pleasant to deal with They turn up when they say they will The plumber who came to fit a filter to my drinking water supply even found a minor problem with my kitchen tap and fixed it for me which is what I call going the extra mile Would recommend
