Pure Cremation were absolutely amazing
Pure Cremation were absolutely amazing When my mum told me last year after a stay in hospital that she would be buying a plan I was dubious as I d only ever been to traditional funerals We discussed everything as she knew I d be the one who found it hard not being able to go and see her in a chapel of rest and say goodbye When the sad time came and my mum passed away in July 2024 she was again in hospital Pure Cremation were fantastic and kept me and my siblings informed through the whole process The hospital actually let me see mum in their chapel of rest which may vary from hospital to hospital but as mum wasn t going to a funeral home they were able to make an exception for which I am eternally grateful Everyone I spoke to at Pure Cremation was gentle and kind and gave the information we needed You need a password so they know they re speaking to the right person They give you the option of knowing the date and time of the cremation and so I could use that time to do my own thing to remember my mum They delivered her ashes back by hand to my home address and the man who did so was full of compassion I can t recommend them highly enough Mum chose well

Pleasant experience
Both people I spoke with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my requirements They explained the companys products which matched my own demands I am pleased to say that I am as yet to confirm that my requirements have been met

An update on my previous post on Pure
An update on my previous post on Pure Cremation I couldn t rate them highly enough and if I could would give them 10 stars out of 10 I originally filled out my application for a funeral package on line and found the whole process extremely easy however it is quite emotional booking your own funeral at least it was for me Which is why I applied on line rather than by telephone but you have a choice of either I had put in the wrong post code and because of my error my paperwork had not arrived however I emailed Pure and a lovely lady called Beth contacted me by phone straight away and we corrected my error I found Beth friendly patient and informed and able to answer any questions I had In summation I would recommend Pure cremation to everyone and will do so

Impressed with support
Haven t had to use prepaid plan yet but on the sales admin side they ve been brilliant I expected the sales process to be a bit depressing but we were laughing on the call the woman who we dealt with was very intuitive it could have been awkward considering the subject matter but it wasn t customer services prompt to make changes when our policies needed slight amendment Obviously when the time comes it might be different but as we won t be here it s irrelevant Hope that doesn t offend anyone
