Powerful when climbing the road stable when run on the uneven road easy to control Need to improve the step side that starch me a few times And I want to have more accessory for my PURE scooter such as bag cup holder or extend handle

Pure were incredible in their handling of an issue with my scooter they graciously took care of a pick up and delivered it back to me fixed without the slightest bit of hassle Very grateful

I have MS so brought this to help me get out and about more Few little probs with the app to start with but Jil D got it reset and sorted it out they were helpful and responsive so I was very happy with the customer services I absolutely love it and have been zooming around which was the whole point of it It s very easy to use with a headlight and indicators when needed It feels very solid when using it plenty of room for your foot not to be squashed like some of the cheaper models I really like the lock option for extra peace of mind All in all I would definitely recommend this great quick delivery and excellent customer service

It took about 4 days for the Customer service team to get back but when the did the matter was resolved straightaway I wish the team was bigger so they can respond to customers quicker

My scooter developed a fault after 2 3 weeks was returned they kindly sent a box as I has recycled original box Scooter was ok for a few weeks but developed the same fault Faulty scooter was returned and they kindly replaced with a new one in no time at all Customer service always courteous and very helpful Credit where credit is due Thanks

Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced Special thank you to Samantha Jill and the service team No hesitation in collecting the scooter fixing it and sending it back Even took consideration to delivery instructions when we told them we wouldn t be at home when they had it fixed Even helped with firware update when we caused the problem - sent full instructions and fixed remotely without us having to resend it back Would definitely buy from Pure again and - have no hesitation in recommending to anyone in the future
