I mirror the views of many others no products no information no new tracking and escuses about a van overturned which was 10 days after expected delivery and after several messages this is starting to feel like a scam so they can hold onto your money

Can t believe Amazon is allowing them to continue trading Total SCAM Getting the same story about Yodel damaging products and delay of almost 3 weeks They are selling same products under a different Amazon account for double the cost

Do yourself a favour Find somewhere else
I ordered some supposedly in stock gym equipment from Pure Source Nutrition mid March on the basis that the company claimed to dispatch items within 1-3 days 2 weeks later the items had not been dispatched but I had assumed that due to the current climate the company was experiencing some delays I tried logging into my account to check the progress of my order I could not do this I tried resetting the password and I still could not access my account I tried sending a query via the contact us form on the website and I also tried calling to no avail I then raised the case as a dispute with PayPal and Pure Source Nutrition failed to respond to the deadline that PayPal had set As a result I ve been lucky enough to receive my money back Gym equipment is in high demand right now but please do yourself a favour and order with a more reputable company even if it means waiting for stock to come back in

Placed an order at the end of March 2020 Sent an email to them 3 days later asking for a status update when it would be shipped Did not reply to my email and I sent them another email inquiring about my order After that I ve sent another email to cancel my order and ask for a refund They decided to ignore me still Sent another email asking for a cancellation or else I d had to open a Paypal claim for refund No reply called them on their phone numbers as stated on Google and on Paypal did not pick up Opened a Paypal dispute and PP refunded me the money Horrendous service terrible company I feel scammed my time wasted AVOID this company

Bad service faulty goods
Bought a yoga mat and over 3 months of use of only two classes per week the printed pattern on the mat started to come off to the extent of there now being blank patches in the pattern Asked for a replacement or refund and point blank refused Even sent photos of the mat and was called a liar Unprofessional company Do not use

Just hope the Item does not go missing
Item sent by RM 48 Track and Trace but was notified it had been delivered when not Told Puresource immediately and they said they would raise a complaint with RM but would not credit me for a replacement I needed for chronically ill wife After 6 weeks of waiting on them I ended up tracking the item myself to an incorrect address RM fault and arranged for its return which they denied having received Only after presenting tracking data showing its return did I get money back My contract was for them to provide the goods and arrange the shipping but I ended up doing the tracking investigation too I felt was treated me like a common criminal even when I had all the evidence I had not received the item Not even an apology from them so not a good business model Seems I m not alone in not being impressed with their customer service either
