Pure talk has great service I came from T-Mobile previous to that I was with Verizon directly both have terrible customer service and terrible phone service Pure talk says it in its name Thanks yall

I am only using this phone for office but

I am only using this phone for office staff but it seems to be just as good as other providers I am even considering getting an extra phone to keep at my home Love the price too

Switching to Pure Talk was very easy the service is just as good as our previous provider and the cost is half of what we were paying I have only talked to customer service on a couple of occasions but they were easy to contact and very helpful

Fighting the cost of mainline phone providers

Having my unlimited phone service with Pure Talk has been one of the best things I could have done to fight the high unproductive cost of most phone services like Verizon who bilked me with higher cost monthly with no changes in service I started with Verizon for about 50 and several years later was paying almost 200 per month for the same equipment same service and no upgrades Having stability and unlimited services with Pure Talk has enabled me to keep my budget inline and talk text and stream as much as I want

Great Service

The price is reasonable and the few times I called the folks were polite respectful and the matter was taken care of the only problem I ever have is with connection but only on the Sirius app when listening to the radio or a podcast it drops but only when I m at home and too far from the wireless modem Don t know if the cause is the app modem or my Iphone Otherwise everything has been great Thanks

Today 11-30-23 I spoke to Jeannie and she spoke clearly and understandably which is extremely important when speaking with a customer service person It made me want to speak with her and have her help me again

Customer service rep was very friendly and answered my question Everything with my phone switch was easy and worked without any follow up calls needed My service network always works well and consistently

Price We get 3 lines for the price of 1 on major network plan When I have called customer service I talked to a representative who I could understand and knowledgeable about their plans and how my phone worked When we went on vacation and needed more data it was easy to change the plan online and then change it back the next month I have the same service as my old plan for a fraction of the price We have been using Puretalk for 1 years
