Disgusting customer service

I didn t get the product only a photo of a package in my letter box This is the response I received Did you receive a notification with the tracking number that we sent your parcel Yes Does the tracking show that the parcel was delivered Yes So what more can we do Our job is to send the parcel to you and we have done that it was delivered If it had been lost or not delivered we would have definitely sent a replacement or issued a refund But in your case since the tracking confirms delivery there is nothing more we can do Best regards PURETREX Customer Support
