I would stay far away from financing
I would stay far away from financing anything with affirm with Purple mattress I purchased a purple mattress and financed this purchase with this company Purple was not able to provide the white glove service that I purchased along with my mattress I called to cancel the order and was talked into keeping my standing order in exchange for a refund of appropriately 400 Purple didn t advise affirm to adjust the amount financed The mattress was delivered and all was well until I received my 1st bill from Affirm after the mattress was delivered Affirm had not adjusted my bill and were charging me interest on the original amount financed I ve called and spoke to several representatives and they refuse to refund the over payment of interest paid for the last 6 months and then they refuse to adjust my billing I am reporting the to every government agency that governs DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM

Purple Mattresses and Pillows
Not even think to buy any Purple mattress I bought 3 of them and they last 2 months then become impossible to sleep They claim that mattress are donated but actually they trash the mattress I also tried the Pillows and had to go to the hospital for that white powder Look on Youtube for Purple Lawsuit

rating on the pillow only b c I didnt buy the mattress but its terrible It gives me back pain and neck cramps and when I reached out they said sorry the 90 day trial period is over What a waste of 400 2 pillows

I have a purple pillow
I have a purple pillow My pillow cover was damaged The pillow foam cushion part is fine I called Purple and they answered the phones right away which I like I found out they don t sell pillow covers separately It doesn t do any good to have short queues when you can t provide good customer satisfaction I commented that they have to be aware that the covers will get stained torn or simply grimy with the pillow foam cushion part remaining in good order They apologized They replied that they have covers for the pillows but are held in reserve for warranty issues Another apology So over and above their excuses of maybe it s supply issues or maybe it s a production problem etc IT SEEMS THAT AS REMEDIAL AS THIS SHOULD BE MY ONLY CONCLUSION IS THAT THEY DON T PROVIDE PILLOW COVERS SO THAT THEY CAN SELL MORE PILLOWS CUSHIONS ETC YA THINK I commented that it seemed it didn t take a lot of corporate gray matter to determine a proper remedy to satisfy the cover issue Another apology Said they d run it up the flagpole for corporate to have a look see Dead end there I bet

I ordered 4 items for Christmas gifts I got 3 items I called and asked 1 missing item to be shipped out in the faster way Rejected I asked that I WILL PAY for faster shipping to get it before Christmas Rejected The delivery system isn t organized I do online-order many things but their service is not good at all

Don t buy their products if you live in Canada
This company sells their products as if Canadian supplier yet everything gets sent from the US I ordered their 170 pillow So within 4-5 days FedEx starts calling me looking for customs and duties I contact Purple they say sorry shouldn t have happened and customs duties should have been charged to us Two weeks later these clowns cannot get FedEx to reverse those charges and deliver the pillow They then ask me to go and pick it up as well provide FedEx with an invoice Sorry what They were fired and told to refund our money Never trust a US company that states ca but in reality drop ships from the states They have 170 complaints on BBB wow

I tried to purchase 2 pillows on their website I entered in my CC information and it it never gave me an order confirmation page or confirmation number I looked at my credit card online however it is is showing the charge twice on there UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES

The worst experience
The worst experience The package failed to be delivered twice It finally arrived a week late I took the day off three times to receive the package as it was valued at four thousand dollars The carrier dumped it outside of my building in the open The item was supposed to be signed for and the carrier didn t bother Purple claimed no responsibility for the failure to deliver the item and would only agree to a replacement if it was stolen in the event the carrier agreed it had been Customer service couldn t dodge responsibility enough and told me to be happy I had such a great product and left a hundred and ten pound girl to drag a king size mattress up three flights of stairs by herself because they couldn t be bothered to hold their carrier to the contract Don t buy from them Ever
