I did not receive my order so I reached out to Anna at Puzzles up who supplied me with a list of suggestions to try to find my order After doing everything she suggested I still could not find my package I reached out to Anna again and was surprised at her immediate response She was so professional and accommodating and happily I will be receiving my xmas presents for my boys who just love these amazing products

FIRST EXPERIENCE PUZZLE UP My order was placed November 5

My order was placed November 5 2024 Today is November 19th I had become concerned about not receiving a tracking number although I have an email confirmation I contacted customer service Anna Brown was quick to respond with a reasonable explanation for the delay She assured me I would receive my order shortly a tracking number was sent I find this kind of service exceptional Donna Miller

High Quality Puzzles at a Reasonable Price

I bought 3 wooden puzzles from Puzzlesup The quality of the pieces were superior The pieces were made of wood and were beautifully colored The finished item of each puzzle was nicely shaped for example the owl puzzle ended up in the shape of an owl sitting on a branch and the sea turtle was circular I had a question about one of the puzzles and Anna promptly responded with excellent customer service I highly recommend these puzzles

These wooden puzzles are so fun and affordable from this site I was worried I wasn t going to receive my order in time for a gift exchange so I emailed customer service Anna replied immediately and let me know the order would be trackable soon and sure enough I was able to track and my received my order in time

Delivery issue resolved

I had ordered some puzzles for Christmas gifts and eagerly awaiting delivery After some weeks the tracking came to a halt Unable to contact the handling company I emailed the help desk at Puzzlesup Anna quickly responded and started an investigation She has been amazing Kept in touch and after a couple of days advised that the parcel had been reported as lost in transit She immediately offered a replacement or refund or to wait in the eventual delivery No problems at all At this point I was worried that a replacement would nit arrive in time so opted for refund As luck would have it I received an email from the logistics company advising delivery the next day Anna also got notice And deliver they did I do believe it was expedited as a result of Anna s inquiry I have dealt with similar situations and companies before but Anna and Puzzlesup have been wonderful to deal with Cannot recommend highly enough Thankyou and Merry Christmas

Great customer service

I ordered 8 puzzles but when they arrived the mailer envelope was torn 1 puzzle was missing and 1 puzzle box was cracked and broken I contacted the company and they were very helpful and understanding They are replacing the missing puzzle and sending a replacement box for the damaged puzzle The customer service is superb and the puzzles are great fun

Perfect gift for someone so hard to shop for

Absolutely thrilled with puzzles Bought seven of them for adult nieces and nephews for Christmas to have a little competition My money is on the niece Great quality and highly recommend Thank you for offering such a great idea
