Always late or cancelled Very unreliable and busses have a poor layout with very little seats

Bad bus lines very bad times are nonsense and 2 doors buses have a bad inside chair design i dont get it why change the times so bad

Buses cancelled and worst of all delayed buses timing keeps changing 10 then back to 1 Buses also come too early sometimes -5 minutes Reliability adherence to timing is unacceptable Your service expect people to appear at stop 5 minutes before and wait in the hope that the bus shows up Poor poor service again again and again

This is a scam and stupid company First you do not train your bus drivers for bus line 685 and the bus driver yells out loud that Qbuzz is torturing him and that he is not happy Your buses come later than normal and sometimes gets cancelled last moment no warning Such a disgrace

Another bus being deleted needs to wait 30 additional minutes This is almost becoming daily at evening the ESTEC tennis court stop Really bad service they should be ashamed The day after another bus being deleted It s the third in a week without notifications Shame
