Great experience I recommend

I broke down yesterday and cannot fault my experience of QDOS Breakdown They answered the call straight away told me someone would be with me in about an hour After about 15 mins they called back to let me know someone would be with me in 15 mins I appreciated being kept informed The recovery contractor was polite efficient and managed to get me going again and on my way I am really impressed with QDOS I have been with a number of breakdown services over the twenty years i have been driving and this was the best service i have seen I will certainly be renewing Thank you

I used QDOS breakdown last year and had to call them out when my son locked the car keys in the car whilst on holiday in France The customer service was excellent and someone came within the our to retrieve the keys I then received a follow up all to make sure I was happy with the service I d received I would definitely recommend

Truly excellent service

Truly excellent service I was involved in a road traffic accident and they were calm and extremely responsive in helping get my vehicle recovered I felt like I was in very safe hands they managed to get someone there within half an hour and then they even called back to check that I was safe and ok Thank you so much for taking my situation seriously and looking after me when I really needed you

Absolutely fantastic I have had to claim 2 times now and both times everyone on the phone has been very caring and professional I was kept up to date every 30minutes honestly couldent recommend enough I currently have a policy with them and I m in contact with the customer service in taking out another for my other vehicle

It was a great deal at 40 a year one time breakdown cover not that i want to use it But now it s only unlimited callout at 99 Such a shame as the service was great The man was helpful and friendly Help arrived in 45mins 10 seconds waiting time on the phone which was excellent Still 5 stars for the service and friendly driver but will not opt for the new policy due to increase

Simply the best

I ve been with QDOS for two or three years now Unfortunately I ve had a few breakdowns in that time but they ve all been dealt with brilliantly both in terms of speed and standard of service Highly recommended

I ve already given QDOS five stars but just wanted to add this I had a tyre blowout on the M4 last weekend QDOS support was there within 20 minutes Quick change to emergency spare tyre and good advice about how to get the damaged tyre repaired This is by far the best breakdown service I have ever used

Quick and easy they go the extra mile

My car broke down and I called them for roadside recovery on Sunday night The operator was very polite and assured me that while they usually arrive within 90min because I was alone at night they would prioritise my case and try to arrive sooner While waiting every 10min I received text updates about the dispatch including live tracking The driver was quick and careful to load the car and offered me a ride in the passenger seat He went the extra mile to carefully push the car into my parking space by hand and tried and jump start the battery even though it was pouring rain No hassle clear insurance policy great service recommend

Thank you so much for your exceptional service that you provided in a horrible situation A big thank you to Lily Hagans who arrange for our vehicle to be collected from a garage to my home after a horrible ordeal with them since it broke down Qdos was understanding helpful and the recovery truck arrived within the hour When your in your hour of need you really do rely on a decent recovery company and this company excelled to the point I m going to renew with them in September after such a great experience Can t thank you enough
