QEC truly heals

15 months ago I was having panic attacks almost on a daily basis Anxiety was present constantly and without realizing my life was extremely limited QEC and working with Melanie showed me a fast compassionate direct way to heal trauma and the nervous system After one session I never had a panic attack again and the recovery of anxiety has been incredibly swift because I was getting the internal resources need to deal with the trauma that was coming That is such a wonderful combination QEC has The healthier I became the more I could see the toxic relationships I was in so in a way i feel I owe it to this technique having the wake up call courage to leave a cult Until then I thought I was part of something good Not to mention QEC helped immensely with the recovery The training is a must I did it for myself first but now I find how incredibly satisfying is to work with people with someone I know works I ve seen clients come feeling there is no way out and go feeling like a new person

The foundation practitioner s training course suited my learning style perfectly a combination of lectures discussion peer practice case studies and supervision The material is rich and profound drawn from Dr Salmon s research and many years of practical experience It was life-changing for me both personally and professionally The recorded lectures I have subsequently watched and live lectures I have attended in addition to the advanced training I have completed Crisis Trauma and Addictions have supplemented my initial learning the quality of material and presentation is consistently excellent and I learn something new every time Half-way though the Working with Medical Conditions training once again I am experiencing a personal life change and know that it will benefit my clients as well I believe QEC fills a glaring hole in the traditional coaching and therapeutic practices and in my experience is very effective for those of us ready and wanting to shift and heal I am very grateful to Dr Salmon for putting together and teaching this process and will continue to attend follow-up training as the process is evolving all the time and there s always something new to learn

The Training I ve Been Looking For all my life I ve wanted a way that I didn t have to guess whether my coaching was effective or not or where I didn t feel like I had to have all the answers You really don t need any of the answers The client leads and you learn how to follow Although I find myself still studying and researching at least it is not about learning to coach but about understanding my client Everyone I have worked with has experienced amazing results because of this training It is intense and requires you to be and remain humble to trust the process and grow with it You learn skills that you keep for a lifetime and only get better as you use them empowering others to heal themselves It works as long as the client has chosen to do this work You learn the best way to be available to your client so that trust and rapport are established in a few weeks and they can experience quick and long lasting yes permanent results They become resilient and can move forward in their lives from a vantage point they never thought they would ever have You also grow in the process and experience the same

I experienced issues with anxiety and inability to really connect and develop meaningful relationships I had no idea that it stemmed from childhood experiences that had been traumatic for me Dr Melanie Salmon worked with me in a very gentle kind and compassionate way to unlock those memories and help me deal with them in the present I had my doubts it could be so simple but things shifted for me dramatically and I was free to create a life with better connections with others and with myself Life became easier and made more sense I got in touch with who I really am and gained confidence I can t recommend QEC enough just try it

QEC Gave Me Incredibly Real Lasting Change

I sought out Melanie because I wanted to improve my relationship with my daughter My own mother had been the daughter of a violent alcoholic and was a covert narcissist My relationship with her was quite difficult and there was significant trauma I found that I was often triggered easily and then reacted to things in ways that felt programmed I didn t want to pass this on I tried talk therapy and didn t get any results QEC sounded like the tool I was looking for but I was quite skeptical From the very first session I was at ease with Melanie Her intuition is extraordinary and her ability to zero in on issues and address them with surgical precision is truly amazing I always feel that I am in the hands of the most seasoned and compassionate guide It became clear that there had been more trauma in my childhood than I had ever acknowledged The first few sessions brought a peace into my life that immediately helped reduce the times I was triggered Then as we moved through addressing early trauma there were really big shifts I was able to think more clearly stay more present and I became much less critical of myself I have had over a dozen sessions with Melanie and each one has been impactful My life has changed on so many levels I am calmer and less critical I am not easily triggered My relationship with my husband is warmer and stronger I have clarity about what my path forward in life is And best of all my relationship with my daughter is better than ever I am finally the warm safe mother I always wanted to be
