Staff at the order stage were pleasant knowledgeable and extremely helpful The Qettle arrived on time and installation was prompt The engineers were excellent arrived on time and carried out the installation to a high standard I couldn t praise them enough

A final update Qettle did send an engineer to replace the tap and all is now great So in summary whilst the beginning of our customer experience was rocky I have to applaud the Qettle customer service team for turning things around quickly and sorting the problem out Now we are where we are we have to be very happy we bought a Qettle tap So an update on the below Qettle have arranged for a new tap to be sent and an engineer to come and fit the replacement tap From where we were a week ago with no tap and the offer to buy a new one I have to say that Qettle have stepped up and their customer service team have sorted the issue out Thanks to them for doing this as we were extremely disappointed but our confidence in Qettle has been restored I will post a big thumbs up when we have a fully working tap again We bought our Qettle in December 2021 We have had it just 3 years Then this month one of the flexible hoses fails Qettle s initial response is that we need to buy another tap off them for 225 plus the cost to get a fitter to replace it Very disappointing a 600 tap fails on a flexible hose so quickly In response to my initial review that was scathing of the service received I had a call from Qettle to resolve the issue They are going to send a new tap to me free of charge and review the fitting requirements After the initial response and my initial review Qettle have responded very well now I can understand they have processes in place to respond how they initially did I have changed my review upwards to 3 stars from 1 for now Once the tap arrives and fitting requirements are discussed I may well compete a full u-turn after my initial review and disgust Thanks so far to Qettle for moving this issue forward

Great for anyone who struggles with arthritis

Really pleased with this tap As a person who struggles with arthritis in my hands the fact that the boiling water is operated by pressing a button and turning and then you don t need to hold it makes a massive difference to me being able to operate it I find it so much easier to use than the other well known brand that we had previously it s great

Why did I wait so long

After a lot of research and reading reviews I ordered the qettle tap and the cooler unit Ordering was easy communication updates and delivery were prompt My husband who is not a plumber or electrician had no problems installing the tap I wish we had done it sooner The tap produces boiling water definitely hotter than a kettle and yes to achieve this temperature it does splutter a little but easily managed I am glad we invested in the cooler unit Ice cold water without the need to go to the fridge and freezer is perfect Certainly makes us drink more

Qettle were very helpful throughout the buying process We had a video call which was very useful in answering a few questions before making our final purchase decision The tap was very well packaged and delivered promptly Our fitter had never fitted one before and found the instructions clear and easy to follow it s a well finished quality product and we re very glad that we bought one

We purchased our Qettle tap a couple of months ago and it s fab the hot water boiling and the filtered nicely chilled The unit unfortunately had a leak I rang Qettle technical support and the gent I spoke to was so helpful and sent a replacement unit with 24hr It s so refreshing to find helpful companies and staff that actual care Thank you for sorting so quickly and efficiently

Brilliant customer service Sorry I can t remember the ladies name in technical support she told me she s relatively new to the company Our Qettle was just out of warranty but we needed a whole new tap unit as the flexible hose broke off However as a goodwill gesture Qettle provided a replacement free of charge Many thanks
