Extremely professional from the initial

I was having trouble with my LG washing machine - it just wouldn t drain and the standing water had caused a bad smell inside the drum I called QFIX Appliance Repair and they were able to schedule a technician to come out and take a look within a day Unfortunately the drain pump needed to be replaced which meant waiting three days for the part to arrive The technician took the time to explain everything to me and offered a fair estimate for the repair When the technician came back on the promised day he was able to fix everything quickly and efficiently I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the QFIX team - they really do go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of I would definitely recommend them for any appliance repairs

Extremely professional from the initial phone call to follow up phone calls through the parts order process right through to the great repair The price was exactly as quoted and we are very satisfied and happy to find someone we can rely on for future repairs

After some research in August my husband and I selected Q-Fix Appliance Service due to the reviews Per Victor at the initial visit re the refrigerator the cost to replace two parts in the freezer would be 950 He recommended to consider buying a new refrigerator since this process is costly with a possibly of something else breaking down Which we decided to do due to the age 2006 We were impressed with his honesty rather than suggesting to proceed with the service He also looked at our clothes dryer which was running very hot and the start button did not work and we had an electrical issue with our range hood Victor returned in Sept after ordering replacement parts The dryer still did not work well and start button was not repairable Again he could have charged for his time and the parts but did not It took a while to get a new control board for the hood which was installed end of Sept He only charged for this part and labor and deducted the initial service charge since he was returning to our home to do the work Victor s estimates included a complete breakdown of the problem recommended repair cost and any other explanations He is thorough professional cares works hard and IS his word honest which is hard to find these days We highly recommend Q-Fix and Victor and definitely referring Q-Fix to our family friends clients etc Thank you Victor for your authentic service G C Higuchi
