Buyer beware

From the item I received the setting up procedure from the manual did not make the use of a smartphone App a nessecity in order to set the time How tactical is that for a timkepiece Qualifying to return an item needs to comply with a process not available to me - taking videos with problems etc etc I will contimue with my mechanical Seiko TitanPG to the skip

I received my watch was unimpressed by the look That was the best part of the experience It does not charge the connection is sloppy The watch has never turned on I could not download barcode I emailed the helpdesk I got 1 automated reply that I would hear back Smart Watch TKT-0040614854 ref 00D6F028vQQ 500TZ0Fxyp9 ref Nothing in 4 days When I sent to customer care at Titan watch gave them my case number they stated it was not their product hence I surmise this is knock off as it looks like manufactured in PRC Beware I am am out 120

Trouble linking to Phone THEN all readings incorrect

First could not get it to link to my phone and found instructions wrong and connects via Bluetooth different to every other things I have connected Then that sorted and Hear Beat reading high and also shown 1 7km when walked 2 5 km and also steps incorrect Blood pressure readings also WAY OUT reading low

Absolute rubbish

Stopped working in when worn in the shower on day 2 Advertised as a tough watch and unbreakable but absolute nonsense can t even withstand a quick shower Really regret buying extra straps etc which after paying over 100 in total could have been used for better causes

This company is a total RIP off Watch titan pg 77 It flixs between our time and 5 hours behind Sound from phone flixs back and forwards from phone to watch really irritating When trying to select a app you have 2 seconds The strap keeps catching on your sleeve I have asked now 4 times for the return address and they have refused so far What a RIP off They say its waterproof But not in hot water if your dieing to go to the toilet and go when finished you wash your hands but removing the watch has all the germs from your hand but you cant wash in hot water A health risk That is false advising its waterproof or not what a conThe heart monitor Not working I give up with the company and went to the bank they are brilliant gave me my money back

my experience is with Titan PG distribution company in Spain Ecomgroupteam who have not sorted my problem outMy first watch kept reverting back to 12 o clock they replaced finally with another faulty one that did the same I paid for a two year warranty at the time of purchase they stated that they had fulfilled their warranty by sending me another faulty watch I have disputed this and requested return of my money Have not heard Stay away from this company Stuart Christie

It is a total bullshit advertising The watch is not responsive when u life up to see the time the battery life is crap less than 24 hr it becomes less than 15 I bought it at so-call limited promotion for half price which was 115 SGD this kind of money I think can buy a even better one online What a crap watch with bullshit advertising Please spread this bad product viral I think I m gonna go Live in social media and spread this crap watch
