Unresponsive customer service

I have tried to schedule a return for over a week but I can t return it without a shipping label that I need from Qlhype I have contacted Qlhype with email phone social media and have got no answers even though they promise to get back to you in 24 hours This is not how you do business

I wish I could give them 6 stars Aside from having the best prices on the market they offer extremely satisfying client service I had an issue with my bag and the team members were incredibly kind and helped me resolve it I am more than satisfied with this experience and I will definitely recommend Qlhype to everyone I know
