We were given an ITIL 4 Foundation training by Kais Albassir I knew nothing of it on the forehand Everything was well explained Important items were marked Intermediate exercises were very helpful to better understand and differentiate between concepts that sound similar I am grateful for this efficient effective and pleasant training experience
