Never received package and no tracking information When I try to email to the email address it bounces back

Unhappy work hard for my money

Still waiting on a order treadmill and jacket ordered on 28th October Said shipped within 48hrs rang number on Web site comes back number unknown Email bounced back Paid by credit card They are looking into company

I ordered a treadmill on 12 11 24 was supposed to be delivered in 48 hours But was dispatched from china I received tracking notices then on the 5 12 24 it said delivered but nothing has been received I have tried contacting everyone i can but have not got any replies so far

I ordered a Treadmill including shipping insurance November paid for shipping insurance said it had been delivered to my Address but I never received it sent so many emails but just come back thought FedEx had delivered it but they were so helpful and said the tracking number was for a delivery company called Xchen never heard of them so must be a scam very disappointed and couldn t afford to lose my money
