I had a fantastic experience in purchasing a bespoke engagement ring Daniel Ferragamo was a pleasure to work with He was so knowledgable helpful and down to earth I never felt that anybody at Quality diamonds was trying to upsell me or place pressure on me In fact Daniel was very understanding and explained how to choose a beautiful diamond without overpaying There was a slip up where the ring was prematurely approved to be made in the workshop but luckily my ring turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly as I wanted it

Great communication from the start approached team with a firm idea and custom design They worked up CADs and clearly talked me through the process The team suggested some alternative stones and methods to help make the perfect ring All communication and updates from the team were perfect Even when a bank holiday pushed the delivery back I was told 2 weeks in advance Absolutely couldn t recommend enough and the ring is stunning

Replacing an engagement ring unfortunately lost I found the service provided by Paul and team to be impeccable I did a lot of my own searching online and independently to find as close a stone and setting as the original ring really easy to navigate website and pick and choose exactly what I wanted with clear pricing Paul came into his own once I d placed the order as he checked with me about the detail of the diamond I d found noting it wouldn t be eye clean which I hadn t really picked up Double checking with me was a good call as we ended up picking a more suitable stone Having picked it up this morning I am thrilled with the result the sparkle is hard to believe Speedy service and great advice
