If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars I would It s unreliable and there are frequent outages In the 13 days I ve had it it has been down more than it works I ll be canceling as soon as I get another service installed It s terrible and frustrating Save yourself the headache and choose a different provider

This service has been problematic since day 1 of installation We ve had it for less than a month and at this rate we ll be quitting shortly At random times multiple devices in our home will lose internet access even though our network remains up They ve sent out technicians twice Each time they discover the problem they assure me it s been fixed IT IS NOT FIXED They re sending another tech out next week insert eye roll here Last time it was some obscure programming issue that was handled remotely anyway but they still insist on sending a person to my house Good thing they offered me a whopping 5 00 that they didn t even apply properly to my account Sheesh

Total FAILURE
Had an install appointment today between 2pm and 5pm I watched on my security cameras as the install tech approached my front door He heard my big dogs barking Did he stay and wait for me to answer the door NO He literally RAN This grown man RAN from my house and got in his truck and took off Customer service is of course in another country so that in itself is frustrating I was ensured that they called local dispatch and the tech would return to the house 10 minutes later I received a text that the tech was at my house and ready to start working There was no tech here An hour later I received another text that stated the tech was unable to get into my home today and the appointment needed to be re-scheduled I called customer service again and they of course are required to apologize for the short comings of this lame company I wasn t having it She confirmed that the appointment needed to be rescheduled I said NOPE She offered a 100 visa gift card without missing a beat as this probably happens A LOT I said NOPE Cancel all of it I m not interested in dealing with a company who treats it s BRAND NEW customers this way Gotta go back to Cox with my tail between my legs and I m more pissed off about that It s so hard to break up with Cox when everyone else is just as bad

False hidden charges and slow to refund when you question charges
I previously had an account with Quantum Fiber when I moved houses they required me to return their equipment via UPS Which I did on time and without issue However when I opened a new account with them new address new email new phone number they promptly charged my credit card 440 for the previous accounts equipment I have phoned Quantum a total of 3 times and provided them with the tracking information and they confirm the equipment has been returned But they have not returned my 440 This has been going on for over 3 months now

Absolutely unbelievable
Absolutely unbelievable Our wifi went out two days ago morning due to their own faulty equipment - in this case a router Their customer service is just awful It took several phone calls most of which resulted in automated hang-ups before I could even reach a human being who wasn t even able to help I had to demand to speak to a manager for the first time in my life entering my Karen era apparently to be told it would be 5-7 business days of reviews and escalations before they could even ship us a new router I work from home so 10 business days with no wifi is not exactly an option Run don t walk away from this company

Terrible service for cancelation
Terrible service for cancelation I ve placed 3 calls in to confirm a cancelation that I placed 2 months ago in which they haven t been able to complete Luckily I cancelled all charges in my CC since it also is setup for autopay They are still trying to bill me I don t understand how they operate

I paid for the service but got nothing
I paid for the service and the company set up an appointment for installation for which I took time off work At the appointed time a technician showed up at my house and said he cannot install the service because the fiber cable had not yet been run to my home I thought that s what he was supposed to do but no that s done by another contractor Long story short an underground installation team showed up late and ran the fiber to my home but the installer was long gone There is no phone number for customer service on anything they sent me - only for sales I found them on Facebook and commented but they wanted me to handle it via direct message which I did The agent Anu dragged me along for two hours then disconnected I still don t have my service I lost a half day s work And they won t answer my posts or messages This company is just like all the others with monopolies on service you cannot get rid of them until they make the sale After you buy they don t care about you one bit You ll fit into their schedule they won t apologize when they make mistakes and I m the one who has to do all the accommodating I want my money back and I ll stay with Cox the devil I know

I already had decent internet service
I already had decent internet service Spectrum with no issues for me to contact customer service I made the switch because the neighbors have Quan and told me I could potentially save some money This was by far the worst customer experience I have had in my 60 years of dealing with any vendor contractor business owner Many things went wrong in the process to get service which only lasted a few days and the customer support was by far appalling and substandard I did not have internet service and was lied to more than once about getting a Tech to respond and correct the issue there were at least 2 no call no show with an 8hr ETA window Needless to say since I cancelled within 30 days and went back to my previous provider who got me up and running within a few days

DONT DO IT They claim to offer a discount if you connect your card for billing no they just jack your price up 5 right away I literally only have internet yet pay near bundle cost HORRIBLE DONE At least Charter would wait over a year jesu

Quite a shady business
I don t know how I ended up dealing with this company I originally signed up for the service from Century Link but then somehow later it was acquired by Quantum Fiber Tbh the internet was good when there was no outages But after acquisition they immediately started raising rates I wrote an email saying that I would cancel if they continue raising prices I never heard back from them So now I m switching to a cheaper service that provides pretty much similar services but when I went to my account in Quantum Fiber portal it turns out that I need to call someone to cancel Are you serious This is a sign of a sleazy business practice when you can sign up online but have to call someone to cancel I m yet to do it but having read these reviews I m honestly dreading doing it
