Brilliant tool

Brilliant tool It may need a little time to get used to it but it s well worth the effort Navigating around the various menus and screens is superfast It seems to be the best value-for-money accounting software out there at the moment

QuickFiles is easy to use the dashboard is provides a current overview of your business My favourite thing is nothing is over complicated - which allows me to focus on the business and a work life balance

Having no experience of using accounting software I chose Quickfile as it was recommended to me by other small businesses It is so easy to use It is easy for me to generate invoices to keep track of payments I would highly recommend it to anyone

I downloaded Quickfile as a new business and without any accounts experience Have a fully functioning accounting package free of charge in those early days was amazing It allowed me to produce professional invoices and keep track of my bank accounts and purchases producing all the reports i could ever need When I finally got an accountant they were skeptical but i gave them access to my account and they agreed it was great for me When I became VAT registered Quickfile came into its own and i did not have to worry about MTD 60 a year for me now and its a Billy Bargain I would recommend every time and so would my accountant

Quickfile is delightfully straightforward to use and covers all that I need as a treasurer

I m an accountant and I ve used QuickFile for years both with my own businesses and for clients I thoroughly recommend it and have been doing so for a long time From a user point of view it s easier to use than Xero Quickbooks FreeAgent or Sage and from an accountants perspective it gives me just as much more compared to a couple of those information as those far more expensive systems and with a much easier learning curve as well I see little point for anyone paying out 20- 30 per month when QuickFile does the job every bit as good for just 60 per year 5 per month equivalent
