AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If you want a delivery on time do not order from this shamble of a company They don t send the items on time despite paying for next day delivery you can t get a straight answer from them you ll request proof of delivery and they ll send a quick video This company is absolutely ridiculous and I do not know how they are still operating You can respond back to what you want On this review I have the whole conversation of how you want to talk down to me and not help me despite you not delivering the parcel to the correct address and now you want to be rude to me They had me running around trying to find my parcel last night because they gave me the wrong tracking number and now today they don t want to give me the correct one I ve even had managers of Royal mail trying to sort this out for me because they have input the wrong address They are unable to track my item or where it was delivered at this company does not want to help me at all I will be contacting my bank and letting them know This is a fraudulent company and avoid this company at all costs Absolute waste of my time Absolute joke whenever reputable companies out there that actually send your items on time and you actually receive them I really don t know who these people think they are

Never received any products Also they have a business account with Lloyds and since their bank is so great and against the fraud they would do absolutely nothing even though they can see it is a scam
