Excellent service from start to finish

Had our work surfaces replaced excellent service from Larrissa giving us a quote through to the surveyor and fitting with Cameron who worked like a Trojan In terrible weather even made us some chopping boards with the off cuts from the sink definitely recommend

10 out of 10 service fitter Danny was excellent we did have an issue with the sink damaged when they arrived but they fitted it anyway and came back 3 weeks later to install the new one but these things happen happy customer

AVOID

AVOID - Appalling archaic company policy and service - I telephoned today to arrange a quote visit To begin with the receptionist was extremely pleasant and booked a suitable appointment All good until at the end I was asked if there was anyone else in the household who is a decision maker of had financial responsibility for this appointment I answered I had a husband but he would not be available and I made comment I could not see the relevance to the appointment The reply I was given was OUTRAGEOUS AND ARCHAIC I was TOLD as my husband was not going to be there the appointment COULD NOT go ahead as they like to know everyone is happy with the product My answer was I was managing our renovations- my husband was VERY happy with my choices I know this is correct as we have been together 28 years and he has never questioned any decorating or home decisions and I was making the payment if we went ahead and had autonomy to do this I also stated at this point my husband was away The answer was the same I asked to be passed to a manager received the same answer with an additional reason it is company policy The manager told me the sales rep Steve would be driving from Torquay a 35-40 min drive - hardly a long way if the company choose to have reps covering an area and would not want a wasted journey as he is self employed and if all the decision makers weren t available I actually couldn t believe what I was hearing The manager asked when my husband was back they could offer evenings Sats etc THAT was NOT the point The point is I do not need my husband for a quote appointment or this company telling me I can t make a decision without him WHAT decade are we in The conversation was so absurd i pointed out if my husband came home today and left me - I could call tomorrow and make an appointment for my kitchen worktops REALLY The manager advised they could not leave samples and many times one party has been there and then said they needed to refer to their husband my reply to this was of course some people do but to me that sounded like a completely HARD SELL and they wanted a decision on the day The reply was that was not the case but I cannot see it is anything else The manager then told me if the timescales don t work for you to wait until your husband is home for him to be there then maybe this isn t the company for you By this stage I was absolutely upset angry and appalled by the conversation and would never consider having any dealings with them - even if my husband was available for a suevey appointment This company has some serious issues with its customer service and company policy - the product may be good- I will never know and suggest to other prospective clients be very wary of a company who think in this day this is the way to treat someone IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Never again

Absolutely Shocking Service From the sales rep who was uselessin not offering any advise about their services or products was always talking about looking forward to his retirement which made us make the wrong decision in ordering the right products to the installer which we thought was in house but turned out to be a local contractor who damaged our kitchen wall and floor phoned customer services and they said we need to deal with him separately also have to pay for installation separately which we were not told about before I would urge you to think again before using this company

Be careful got them out for a quote mr smith came out he was very nice at the time Done the usual thing give you a price then 2 minutes later knock off 500 Told him we would have to think about it and we were having other quotes He said OK ring if we decide to go a head we decided not to go a head so my husband thought it would be polite to let Mr Smith know The situation Well what can I say he wasn t very nice at all he told my husband he was a f king waste of time and put the phone down on him my husband was in shock so I would hate to think what the company is like

Called for a quote visit lady on the other end very pleasant and professional all booked in I picked this company because I saw a TV advert and it is the top of Google search when looking for overlay Quartz counters so I thought great let s give it a go Then I did some checking and reviews about this company which by the way has another entity name called Quartzize which I thought strange popped up on Trust pilot and second highest rating was the lowest at 1 star rating So I had a bad feeling about this and decided to call Quicktops to enquire more and state about the negative reviews I ve read about them the man on the other end was becoming abit aggressive and condescending about the certain questions and I didn t get a good feel about it so I ve cancelled the visit and shall not be doing business with them
